  • Different Age Groups (older or younger)

  • A specific problem

Mapping Your Fitness Career is Not a one size fits all approach

Typically, it begins with the Level 2 Gym Instructor course, a foundational step in shaping the core skills of a fitness professional.

Example career paths

In this episode, I discuss 3 examples of Personal Trainer Career Paths, explaining what jobs they came from and what they do now. You’ll see how there is not one path to being a personal trainer, but any path you want/ need to suit you.

Ex-Police Officer –> Now running a successful boot camp with PT sessions

Mum of two –> Now running a predominantly online coaching business for bikini competition preparations

Keeping full-time job –> Runs a few classes a week and one-to-one PT sessions.

  • I don’t want to work in a gym.

  • Do I need experience first?

  • How quickly can I start?

  • Is the PT industry saturated?

  • Can I change paths later?
